About Anja

My Story

Originally from Denmark, I initially came to travel around Australia as a young girl, I reached Noosa on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of Queensland and knew that this is where I wanted to be.

​I have been part of the well-being/self-care industry for more than 30 years. In this time, I have untaken a vast amount of training to further my knowledge which in turn benefits my clients. I hold an International Diploma in Beauty Therapy, plus numerous qualifications in advanced treatments such as skincare, massage, brow design, the amazing Vivace RF Microneedling system, IPL and microdermabrasion.

​My passion has allowed me many amazing opportunities, from running boutique salons right up to international resort day spas. I have been so excited to open Skin Deep by Anja in my (adopted) home town of Tewantin near Noosa and I’m looking forward to looking after and nurturing my community.

​Being a small boutique salon allows me to engage with my clients, which in turn allows me to understand your needs. I’m results-driven and it gives me so much pleasure to see the joy that my treatments bring to others.
